Best Review App on the shopify Store, although the translations are done manually which is kinda annoying, but either way its still the top choice for reviews.

We've been using Loox for three years, and their customer service has always been excellent. Our questions are answered quickly, and this time was no exception. It is too expensive. More apps do the same way cheaper than this one. I was paying 10usd and suddenly they change me to 30usd per month. They are counting all the orders, my store is COD but not all orders are paid, so they should not count.

out of all the review apps out there I have found the loox app to be the best so far and very user friendly. The app also has a great customer service team. I needed help with showing my reviews on the home page, I reached out to the customer service team and Liz from from Loox responded very quickly and made the edits needed to display my reviews.

Very simple to use. The free trial show allow for further selections to experience the full app. However, easy to set up and work with thus far.

There are some features that are not available in this app but they are helpful. It takes time to understand the add deeply, I find. You would need to find some time to understand it to use for what you want. This does not mean that it is difficult to use. Probably I just know what I want.
