We've been through three previous subscription apps and were burnt by them all (looking at you YOTPO) but finally found one worth using in Loop. Loop enabled us to launch subscriptions in our Shopify store with zero friction. The onboarding was well structured and fast. The Loop team is friendly and responsive. From our perspective, setting up plans is very intuitive, and our customers can start, pause, or modify subscriptions effortlessly in their portal. The Loop app is stable and genuinly rich in features. All the features work as promised. Documentation is clear, and the UI makes operations simple. Overall, we’re very happy and confidently recommend Loop to brands going into recurring revenue.

We came to Loop after using Appstle and Recharge, while also considering Skio. Loop offers the same functionality as Skio but at a much better price both monthly and per transaction. After nearly a year, our experience has been amazing — the team is responsive, integration is seamless, and our site has never broken (unlike with Appstle). I’ve already referred two people, and Loop has helped us scale our subscription program thanks to intuitive cancellation flows and gift options. Easy 10/10.

Great integration for integrating sub for our brand. Really easy to use out of the box - and great features around widget customization and retention flows. Also, really helpful customer/technical support when I needed it. If you're looking for a subscription app and are looking for great starting place, Loop is the way to go. I've worked with several other sub management apps and even the free ones don't compare to the out of the box feautres you get with Loop.
