Very positive experience with the whole team. Very convenient and constantly being optimized, close support and a lot of options to increase subscription revenue and retention while decreasing the churn rate. I also like the option to include a bundle builder, would definetly recommend!

I referred a client to Loopwork but never received any commission. I reached out to Dashrath multiple times—four emails, all ignored. Unfortunately, it's been a disappointing experience so far. I’d recommend avoiding them for now. I’ll update this comment if the issue gets resolved.

We've been on Loop for a few years after migrating from Recharge. We had an awful experience on Recharge and the difference with Loop has been night and day. Our company has been using the subscription app for about a month and it's so far so good. The support has been excellent and Aastik and the team have always been quick to respond (we have customers throwing questions out there). It's not the cheapest solution, however it works, and works well. We're very happy thus far and we're still only using the basic subscription functionality.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Loop and the app itself! They are very hands on and organized. The onboarding experience was very smooth, and they went above and beyond every time to get us a solution to any issue. The app itself is very well thought out and addresses many of the gaps that other sub apps have, at least for our use case. Any time we've had a request or suggestion they prioritized it accordingly and are very passionate about improving their product on a regular basis. I also appreciate the balance in features between marketing and processing, so it works well for different department use cases.
