We’ve been working with LOOP for over six months now, making the leap from another subscription platform. We are extremely happy with the very intuitive subscription platform (both front and back end) and the very attentive and accommodating LOOP representatives. Switching to LOOP has given our customers a better experience when it comes to managing their product subscription, and this is reflected in the customer feedback and our retention rates. LOOP has a multitude of nifty features to reduce churn and increase AOV and LTV. Would definitely recommend if you’re considering a new subscription platform.

The app is great to be able to support and manage your subscriptions. You can add personalisation as you need and want it. Above all, the team is what I am most happy about. They respond really quickly and help you with anything you need. Would recommend

Loop has been refreshing to work with, and from engineering to product to finance we all highly recommend it. We're not small, and we were on a very well-known subscription platform that wasn't cutting it (too slow to change/evolve/improve, built on outdated architecture, etc.). We ran a competitive process, took a really good look at all the major players and decided on Loop. They've been everything we hoped for: super responsive and nimble in making customizations/improvements, but also stable and secure with never any down time or issues. Just like any tool, they don't have everything built out for every use case in advance, but we're finding more and more that when we want something from Loop that's important to the business, they're either already working on it or can get it on their short-term roadmap. And they actually deliver, vs. our experience in the past where our salesperson and account rep were great but always relied on some committee or team or process, and nothing ever actually got done on a reasonable timeline. Bottom line: you won't regret going with Loop.

I have been in the internet marketing space since 1998, I run multiple subscription companies on different platforms. I can say without a doubt that Loop has been hands down the best subscription integration I have worked with. The team has not only jumped in to help me with custom setups, but also pointed out areas that I may have been missing. If you know me, I do not write reviews, so if you are on the fence, get off of it and use loop.

I was hesitant to use the Loop App after reading a few reviewers complaining about their poor (or non-existent) service for the free plan, but after another app called "Joy" did not live up to my expectations - it failed during installation steps, I decided to give the LOOP a try. I am so glad I did and I am on the free plan and have received fantastic service from Varun, who was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even disabled another widget that I did not know was in my template. The Loop Widget looks so cool and so happy with the way it looks. I don't know how much I appreciate your help, Varun. Free forever plan was a lifesaver to get up and running. It has allowed me to get MRR going and now upgrade to a paid plan. The support team are always happy to help and very quick and effective (not like some other support teams). Aastik has helped me out many times (even during Diwali) and the product is second to none.

A lot of customization even if the non-pro level. Easy to use and customers to use. Great customer service. I have used another subscription plug-in previously with Shopify that was great but very expensive. Loop is a great alternative fair pricing, ease of use and customer service has always been helpful.

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.

We moved from Recharge to Loop and I am very impressed so far. Migration was seamless and the support has been excellent. We've already seen an increase in subscriptions only a week in.
