Extremely slow support - 6 to 12 hours to answer super trivial questions Many features are buggy - they will intermittently not function as desired All in all - this is not a professional or reputable company that you want to build your business on.

If you’re a subscription brand, Loop is worth it. The portal is clean, skip/pause/cancel flows are intuitive, and their team goes above and beyond. Other subscription tools don’t come close in support or retention guidance. Would recommend to any DTC brand running subs.

The migration and onboarding team (led by Shivam Sen Kumar) is among the best we've ever encountered in this space -- knowledgeable, responsive, diligent in setting and meeting deadlines. A+++. While it is early days, the app itself also seems to be a huge upgrade over our prior subscription app -- far easier to implement, better UI/UX for our customers and great support. We are excited for next steps with LOOP.
