We've tested multiple subscription platforms and Loop is the best. It is as powerful and multi-featured as the most expensive competitors at a much more reasonable price. They are *continually* adding smart, genuinely useful tools and improvements (we're talking every few weeks) and the customer service is impeccable. You simply don't need to look any further.

MIGRATION & ONBOARDING - Dedicated onboarding manager - Full migration handled for us - A couple minor hiccups (due to other upgrades on our side), no revenue impact - Smoothest software migration I’ve experienced SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SUCCESS (3 months in) - Regular check-ins with a proactive CSM (Customer Success Manager) - Private Slack channel for quick help - Fast, honest answers—if they don’t know, they say so and follow up immediately COMPARED TO OTHERS - I’ve had cases with other providers where they their answers were wrong and led to long email back-and-forths. - With Loop, recommendations have been accurate the first time, which saved us time and frustration. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend Loop to everyone now. The attention to detail, customer service, and migration experience set a new bar for us.
