TL;DR: Switched from another subscription provider to Loop. Migration was flawless with 0 revenue impact, onboarding was hands-on, and ongoing support is the best I’ve had with any software vendor. CONTEXT: We spent ~10 years on another platform. A trusted friend in CRO recommended Loop; after my own due diligence and a call with their team, we switched. MIGRATION & ONBOARDING - Dedicated onboarding manager - Full migration handled for us - A couple minor hiccups (due to other upgrades on our side), no revenue impact - Smoothest software migration I’ve experienced SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SUCCESS (3 months in) - Regular check-ins with a proactive CSM (Customer Success Manager) - Private Slack channel for quick help - Fast, honest answers—if they don’t know, they say so and follow up immediately COMPARED TO OTHERS - I’ve had cases with other providers where they their answers were wrong and led to long email back-and-forths. - With Loop, recommendations have been accurate the first time, which saved us time and frustration. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend Loop to everyone now. The attention to detail, customer service, and migration experience set a new bar for us.

This is the best Subscription platform for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands and this is coming from someone who tested almost all subscription platforms with Plus brands. Loop migrated us fully from Yotpo Subscriptions, everything was incredibly smooth and Purna and Nihal went above and beyond to make the experience great. Loop Subscriptions admin panel is exceptional - setting up the logic is so easy. We also managed to build an exceptional bundle builder without code - just setting everything up in Loop. Loop has strong analytics and a team of developers that always help us close gaps in user experience. The support is instant and their team is so passionate about what they do. A true Shopify Plus partner. We're also migrating our loyalty program to Bubblehouse because they have an exceptional integration with Loop. Loop also connects with all other platforms in our app ecosystem which is fantastic. I'm so glad we finally moved from Yotpo Subscriptions to Loop, our business would be in much better place if we migrated to Loop Subscriptions earlier. Really crossing fingers for the growth of Loop!
