Good Subscription App and helpful Support :)

The onboarding team was knowledgeable, responsive, and really took the time to understand our business needs. They guided us through every step, from initial setup to customizing our subscription flow, and made sure we were set up for long-term success. The documentation provided was clear, and when we had questions, the team was quick to clarify and offer practical solutions. What stood out the most was how proactive and collaborative they were, making what could have been a complex transition feel seamless. Loop is an amazing platform for subscription, it solves a lot of operational challenges and offers a lot of effective features for retention. After implementing those native features, our website saw amazing growth in subscription revenue. Their support and CSM team is super attentive and dedicated, which is a huge plus as well.

What an incredible experience I'm having with the Loop team!! From setup, to helping with issues like integrating with other services, Loop and their amazing staff have gone above and beyond to help me see things all the way through to completion. I would very highly recommend this app, most definitely for the great way it helps keep subscriptions and bundles working in my store - but even more for the really awesome experience I'm having with the team - they really do care and aim to help in every conceivable way.
