Great app to put all the reviews that you need, but the best part is their amazing customer service support, Doris help me today to fix a problem I was having and none else had idea how to do it. She fixed the problem in a couple of minutes.

I've just started using this app, and I must say it's outstanding compared to other review apps. While the design aspect is subjective, I won’t dive too deep into that. However, it’s worth mentioning that you can easily customize colors and finer details without any coding. One major advantage this app has over many others is the ability to edit specific parts of a review. Most review apps allow you to remove inappropriate reviews entirely, but this app lets you delete only the inappropriate sections, which helps you manage customer privacy more effectively. The best part, though, is the customer support. Given the wide range of features, I often reach out through chat, and they always respond promptly and solve my issues thoroughly.

Great but the greatest customer service ever and its an understatement cause I've never had a customer service representative help in this much for my problems. Especially Alena she's a lifesaver she's basically the Customer service God I was stuck with a problem with my store for hours and she fixed it for me in what ? a minute. I definitely recommend LAI reviews app for your store not just for the app but for the support they provide you. Alena is Gem If ya'll don't promote her I'll hire her as my VA

This is a great app and looks very professional. I had an issue trying to configure a look I wanted and wasn't sure where to look. When I did find the spot I wasn't able to get it modified but Alena helped me straighten it out and was very professional!
