I have been uploading various apps for last 10 years. Never have I had such swift and perfect support to get up and running. Did not make me feel stupid either! Usually the supports use so much technical terminology I have not idea what they are talking about and give up. This set up was a wonderful experience and it looks amazing. thank you

There a issue with completing the install process. I got help right away and the app is working. Also gained estra insight on some of the features. Can not ask for more when it comes to quality service.

Great experience with customer service in helping set up the widget to appear on my product page. Also happy that they set up a rolling carousel on my home page as well.

Currently I've just installed the app to test it in a store that has yet to be published, but so far the app looks good. I found a small translation error, which Soufiane helped solve in a very quick and skilled manner with complete transparency of what they did in order to solve it. Also, for everyone that has a store in a language that is not in one of the languages mentioned in the "About this app" section, don't worry; these languages only refer to the admin languages. There are many more to choose from when selecting the language for the Widget and notification emails.

Like many others, we needed to migrate from Shopify Reviews to another platform and after hours of research decided on Judge.me. I am SO GLAD I went with this one! Don't hesitate, folks, this is the right choice! The migration was easy, the features are easy to add and understand and the customer service is top-notch even on the free plan. (Something I wouldn't usually expect!) Also a special shout-out to Mohamed for making a few tweaks to our widgets, and doing it literally within 5 minutes of sending the email.
