Easy to install and simple to use and understand functionality. I did need some support during install for our older Shopify theme. Thanh was responsive and helpful, and even provided visuals to show that the correction was made. Much appreciated, Thanh! Strongly recommend this app.

We needed assistance to install Judge.me, as we have an older site with some custom code. It took over a week for someone to respond, but once they did, it seemed that they did a good job of making the necessary changes. However, part of the functionality of our product pages got broken when they changed the code, and no one responded to multiple emails for help to resolve it. The app looks ok, but the support service is lousy.

This was so easy to convert over from Shopify reviews to judge.me - and the one thing that I couldn't do myself, they took care of as a part of their onboarding process - HIGHLY recommended!

We've been using JudgeMe for a long time on a BigCommerce store and are very happy with it. We then decided to use it when Shopify sunset their Product Reviews app. Received very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful support for the install on Shopify.

App is really great. Its new interface allows you to easily access all settings. I would also like to thank Soufiane for helping me with all the design changes. The only thing missing is that you cannot edit the translations of all the texts of the application yourself. However, the support team helps in this regard.

Simple and easy-to-use app. Customer support is helpful. However, the email template customisation could be better...with a little more options and room for customisation.

I am just setting this app up. Ron assisted, it thought it was awesome that someone was online to help straight away. I would give him 5 star, however, this review says rate the app and as I am still setting it up i would have to say it is very confusing and a lot of work. I have had to follow several videos and i still haven't got things sorted.

I encountered some minor problems, but the customer service helped me solve them smoothly. It is a great app.
