Straight forward to install - well so I thought. One minor issue which their fabulous support took care of. Am waiting to see structured snippets work again now that Shopify reviews is gone (for the good!!). But am sure they will.

I go to the chat and they are more than excited to help, super knowledgeable, and when I had issues with my theme they went into Shopify and coded things for me. I switched from Smile.io on the advice of a company I work with. Judge.me is better priced, better support, and cool functionality that found elsewhere. Abderrahman was knowledgable and quickly rectified my issue. He knew exactly what was wrong with some text not showing up and requested collaborator access to my store to go in and handle. Customer service was excellent.
