Really enjoying the app so far. Setup have been very intuitive and customization is very simple. When we have had trouble getting setup, support from Hana and Liz has been very prompt and helpful :)

Hana, helped my with an integration issue I was having. She was very helpful by walking through step by step until it was resolved. I give her 5 + stars she was very helpful.

The service was very prompt and staff was helpful. I like that they have a live chat feature supported by their staff who are very well trained. I just installed the app and had no idea how to set up. I was served by Hana and she was very helpful in guiding me and also helped to set it up each step of the way. I'm grateful for the assistance as it would've taken me several days to figure things out. Great job!

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. EU merchants be beware: this app does not offer a downloadable or signable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Under GDPR, a signed DPA is legally required when personal data is processed on your behalf. Without it, you’re not compliant. Until this is fixed, this app is not safe to use for EU businesses.

The app has pretty much all features that are needed for a rewards app. Prices are reasonable and Hana from the support team was very efficient and helpful.
