Joy represents excellent value. Joy provides a comprehensive loyalty program and it's highly evident that they have invested in making their platform great for the customer. I would like to highlight Audrey and Hankim and the rest of the team for providing great customer support especially with the setup. I highly recommend this app.

Poor customer service. They state they have a 30-day money back guarantee; however, they will refuse or make excuses as to why they can't process the refund (even though it's been within the time frame AND you've uninstalled the app). It appears this app was made to mimic SmileIO, but has a lot of bugs and needs a lot more work to get to their potential. Time consuming to set up and the worst part is the emails are unable to be edited and they have incorrect grammar within their template. Lots of promises to roll out new features, but reading prior reviews that is also smoke and mirrors. *update - still waiting for refund a week later
I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's exceptional. What truly sets this app apart is the excellent customer service. One of their support team “Audrey” is very responsive and genuinely helpful to addressing my issues. Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations in both performance and service. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, Joy doesn't sync with Klaviyo. I've been trying for days, and since the company is located in Vietnam, their business hours don't align with ours, making it difficult to resolve the issue. Techs haven't been available. Such a bummer.
A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going.

Amazing customer service! Hana fixed my problem within minutes and i didn't have to do anything. She did it all from her end. I currently only have the free version of Joy, but after the great customer service and definitely will sign up for the paid version. Thanks Hana for the process simple and fast.
