I was going nuts trying to figure out how to get this onto my website. I decided to do the Chat thing, and I'm SO glad I did. Kevin was the BEST. He did what I asked him to do, and then when I realized that's not what I wanted and described what I wanted, he knew exactly what it was that I wanted, and fixed it for me within a minute!! I applaud him for his patience! KEVIN is my lifesaver!!!
had some issues with my iphone users not being able to close the pop up, i messaged Hana, she had it fixed in less then 2 minutes, these guys are GREAT highly reccomend
First time using a point system and had a lot of questions about the programs, tiers and how the discounts can be combined and used. Thankfully Tiana was very helpful and patient and managed to explain and give all the needed information and details!
I have just transferred from another loyalty program to Joy, I had issues importing my customers information and contacted the help chat and Nolan has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, extremely efficient and helped me with not only importing my customers but every other question I needed help with after that! I managed to get everything set up smoothly and am loving the app so far especially the embedded page on my website it looks very professional.
I had issues with embeds and audrey was so quick to help me out. i loved how she solved my issue within 2-3 minutes. she is the sweetest

I recently started using this app and I'm incredibly impressed! Not only is the interface user-friendly and intuitive, but the customer service is exceptional. Audrey and Nikita, in particular, were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or issue. Their quick responses and willingness to assist really made my experience with the app enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a fantastic product and providing top-notch support!
After comparing many options, I finally chose Joy: Rewards and Loyalty Program, and it turned out to be the right choice, thanks to Tiana and Maison.
The developer makes it seem like they plan to add new features, but they rarely add anything real. We have been using this for almost 2 years, and they have had the "Coming Soon" flag on a "Points Expiration" notification that whole time. The ability of this app is minimal in the function of a rewards program and will keep your ideas just as small. For instance, even though they have a referral program, you cannot offer points for it only straight discounts. If all you want is points when they buy, and the ability to offer discounts against those points, this handles that. Give out some points on a persons birthday too woohoo.

I have experienced ongoing issues with the Klaviyo API connection on the Joy app. Despite several weeks of attempts and multiple communications with their support team, there has been no progress. This delay has severely impacted our ability to effectively manage our email marketing campaigns, resulting in considerable losses. Responsiveness and problem resolution are critical for apps on Shopify, and unfortunately, Joy does not meet these standards. I cannot recommend this app until these critical issues are resolved.
The app is doing okay so far, I am using the free plan right now. The Customer Service team members (Tiana, Toby, Esther) are very helpful and have provided immediate support when needed. It's a bit disappointing that the point balance function cannot work with the Shopify New account type and hopefully this can be resolved in the future. Also, when customer redeemed their coupon, under the Reward list, it only shows the code and the reward description (e.g. Discount £1 for every 100 points) but not the actual amount of the coupon, I think it would be more helpful for the customer to see the value of their coupons if they have redeemed more than one.

This app is great, and I'm loving it so far! When it comes to Hana's support, I must give the highest praise. Her assistance in this app has been outstanding! There are lots of options to consider when setting up a program like this, and I really appreciate the guidance and help I've received from her through the chat feature. Most recently, Hana has helped me and was able to answer each question promptly. She provided screenshots to help me navigate to the right screens for setting up the options I wanted. Joy is a great app, just not the one we require for our use case. The customer service is great. I needed to downgrade and uninstall the app -- Audrey in customer service was a real star (hey Joy, give Audrey a bonus!), she guided me through the entire process.
