I’m impressed by Joy Rewards for their exceptional support and great feature list. I dealt with Sonny, Emily, Alyssa, Kevin, Tracy and Hana all people who were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved issues promptly not to mention I didn't have to go thru the pain of explaining my issue again and again. (JOY they need a raise). The range of features they offer is both comprehensive and user-friendly. Highly recommend them for outstanding service and support!

I have yet to utilize this app to it's full capabilities but the support upon setup was completely handled for me by Hana. She did a great job walking me through the process and performing most of the setup tasks herself. This app has a lot of clever features that I am excited to add to our new site.

Great app, lots of features and customizations to choose from. We were confused about a few things, but contacting support was quick, and Audrey was very patient and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve our concerns. Excellent support on all 3 of the apps from this company, chat is very fast and the apps excellent value! Allowing cooperation within the admin has been very fast and professional, Nolan one of the support guys took little more than 2 hours to implement an edit to our theme once we asked him.

Apart from being user friendly and just the right options you need for a great loyalty and rewards program, the support team is rock solid. Audrey was the most kind, patient and willing to help person. She made all the heavy lifting for me, configuring one setting I needed help with. From all apps I have gone through, this is one of the top of my list.

The app is really nice and most of the times understandable. I have some smaller problems in the translation into german, but Tiana was very quick to get me on the right path.
