So difficult to set up and use. Tried getting support but after over an hour of "help" there was no resolution. Ended up uninstalling the app and will find one that's more user friendly.

Customer support is good & Not too much for the better plans and a free to use option and easy to learn how to use. as i do with my website @ Quickbuybargains.com. A woman name lydia helped me and was kind.

Audrey was a big help in getting through some obstacles. Can't wait to see our shop grow thanks to Joy!

The software is great, and it's great to have a professional support team, like Cheryl, who answered our questions promptly and patiently!

Lots of great features, easy to use and loads fast - had a few issues during set up but Hana was very helpful and quick to respond! The live chat support is useful to have when there are any problems or if you have questions.

So far this app works properly here for most of the part. Audrey and Tony have been a great help in resolving the issues that I encountered. Actually, I am looking forward to seeing more upgrades but it still works now.

This app has a lot of features, so it takes some time to go through everything. It's pretty easy to use though. I couldn't figure out why my Klaviyo API key wasn't working, but Judy and the team were patient and helpfully shared a guide that shows how to create a private API key. (I was using my public key and didn't notice the link to the guide before because I was rushing, doh!) Anyway, I'm using the free version for now. Some features are limited, but the subscription rates are pretty reasonable. I'll stick with the free until I grow my business more.

They are very Helpful... got help from Hana... the functionality isn't 100% but good enough for what we need. Cheaper than other loyalty apps

Joy helping center/supporter help me to clear all of my questions. They provide the information on the point. I appreciate that all of the problems were solved immediately. On the other hand, Some features on the Loyalty page are still not available such as Comparing the Perks regarding the VIP tier.

We recently encountered a technical issue with the app, and I must say, the support I received was exceptional. Linda, from the customer support team, was incredibly helpful and efficient. She responded promptly to my query and resolved the issue quickly.

As soon as I dowloaded the APP I was created by a real live rep. It is not an AI generate response. I love the fact that this app has a live person response within seconds. Audrey was super helpful and very patient in helping explain some misunderstandings.

The app has a lot of customization options, and their support has been very responsive. I recently spoke with Tiana, and got a couple bugs resolved, clarified some features of the VIP program, and requested an approval option for the referral program to prevent people from referring themselves and gaming the system.
