As far as page builders go, GemPages is the best there is. Our company has collectively used them for about 5 years now (we have two GemPages accounts for our two branches), and it is amazing to see how far it as come. It is very intuitive and allows for great customization, with the only limit being your own imagination! If you're constantly upgrading your websites, sometimes codes break. Thankfully though, GemPages customer support has been incredibly AMAZING and very responsive - they have helped us numerous times to fix these issues.

I wanted to enhance the user interface experience and didn't like how shogun limits the amount of pages we can create until I found this app, the drag and drop makes it so easy and the pre-created sections that we can drag and drop makes idealizing and initiating even easier! I was testing my first product page with their app and got stuck with a feature not working, their team member Tony helped me by finding that the code in my theme conflicts with the feature and took the initiative to fix it. Now I was able to create a product page exactly how I imagined it within a couple hours! Their customer service is top! Oh- Plus their app makes you feel like a pro at UX design LOL~

This app is very frustrating to use if you are new to building a shopify page. It's not intuitive and many of the app add-ons and functions do not seem to work. Customer service is nice, but their response time if 5-8 hours if you are on east coast time. This makes getting help or finding solutions even more difficult.

I am on the paid version, so far it is user-friendly and there's always support after hours ( I think their support is based in the Philippines) The best time to reach them for support is nighttime in the USA. My biggest issue is when they are supposed to be saved, there were a few times it didn't and I had to back track and waste more time. I'm not sure when this happens but I've had to hit Save every time I made a small change while working on the page to avoid it from happening again. I would love to love this app. Will change this if support can reach out and give me an explanation.
