Its easy and intuitive but if you do get stuck the Support is on-hand instantly to resolve your issue in a timely manner. Was a good platform for moving products over. I found some issues with the app disconnecting. Easy to reconnect. But wasn't something I was able to keep up with personally. I got rid of the app because I stopped using etsy. But if I were to continue with that platform, I would have kept this app .

Excellent support in setting up the application after initial difficulties. This app will save me so much time. Previously was looking at expensive inventory management systems which are far more complicated, but this does everything I need it to do.
