During the application setup, I had many questions. I wrote to customer support and they immediately offered help via Google Meet. We had a great meeting and they explained everything to me. They also offered a discounted annual subscription and optimization of my Etsy listings.

This was helpful to understand how to sync products across the Shopify and Etsy platform even though it was stuff I knew when researching on my own; however, I felt rushed to understand what to actually do and was asked to share my screen while I wrote my original review and show I actually submitted a good review when working with technical support.

Et pour couronner le tout, c'est un parcours du combattant pour résilier son abonnement, il m'est impossible de trouver comment faire et ce même en suivant les indications de la plateforme...

Harsh was extremely helpful in solving my inventory syncing issue between Shopify and Etsy. Service is really great, but overall not so happy with the app. We often struggle to find the right setting, don't know if it's a global or product setting. Also it's not available in German what makes it even more complicate. It's expensive, too.

Really great product, easy to use. When I have had issues the support team has been really helpful and sorted them out quickly!
