As I dive into the world of E-Commerce I find that it has many different avenues. A lot of which I don't know or understand. Moving forward I open a Shopify store awhile back. I recently decided to try Etsy and open a store. Little did I know you have to integrate the two. This how I found CedCommerce The Support staff is outstanding and very patience. They will go over something as many times as needed. They make me aware of novice mistake and show me the best and easily way to correct them. With their support I have the concidence to succeed. I am grateful that they are on my team

Anyatra and her team are truly great communicators and developers. The combination makes for a great experience and sync that I was never able to pull off with lesser apps. They are fast, friendly and have the answers I'm looking for. Great experience to be able to expand from one platform to many with an already established inventory!

This app is TERRIBLE. I used it for a very short while because during that time I had so many issues that did not get resolved. The support was wonderful at first especially with helping get it installed and set up. They tried to get me to leave a review immediately and thankfully Shopify will not allow reviews if you're in a trial phase. *DO NOT* leave a review until you have been using it for a while and be *WARY* of the positive reviews on here because they try to get you to leave a review anytime you use support. They were great in the beginning (perhaps the reason for all the 5 star reviews since they push you to review right away) but I quickly found that would not be the longer term experience. But then - when I had issues that I contacted them about they would tell me they would get back with me within a certain timeframe only to not do so. I had to follow up with them and the issues I had were not getting resolved. Finally I uninstalled it and they begged me to re-install. When I would not, they begged me to set up a meeting to discuss the issues, claiming they just wanted to learn what happened to improve. I was willing but I requested a refund because I had paid for a full year up front. They denied my request at first, then told me I would get a refund when I pointed out they were stealing my money if they did not refund me for the amount covering the time I was not using the app. I told them I would challenge the entire amount through the payment processor if they would not agree to refund for the time I had not used the app. Once I saw the refund, I said I would schedule a meeting. They continued asking me to schedule it, said the refund was coming it and *of course* it never showed up. Weeks had passed by this time and then I had to wait additional weeks to go through the dispute process. I kept all documentation which served me well because I finally got the refund from the payment processor. *BEWARE* of using this app. Look at the other negative reviews -- I wish I had before installing it. It was a nightmare overall. I have found another app that is amazing - have been using it for several months and it's a night and day difference. It is one of the ones with the tag "Built for Shopify" which I think could be part of what makes the difference. ETA- As you can see in their response, my case did not fall under their "refund" policy -- which basically is *NO REFUND*. But they did agree to refund me when I stated charging me for months I was not using the app was stealing and refused to re-install or agree to a meeting, which I have documentation of -- the reason the payment processor refunded the money to me after weeks of trying to get it from CED commerce and then gathering and sending all of my documentation of what happened in. So *BUYER BEWARE* -- KNOW BEFORE you buy and absolutely *DO NOT* pay for a year in advance regardless of the discounted price because as you see from their response and my experience, even if they agree to refund you it will *NOT* happen on their end. You will have to challenge through your bank or Paypal and make sure you document *EVERYTHING* well.

I received excellent support with setting up my listings for the Etsy integration. The team was very knowledgeable, patient, and guided me step by step through the process. They explained clearly what needed to be done, helped me fix errors with my product drafts, and made sure everything was connected properly. I recently integrated CEDCommerce into my Shopify store so I could expand into Etsy - and I should've done this so much earlier. Customer service with CedCommerce is good and app is fairly easy to use. Utkarsh was very helpful and available to meet with us on GoogleMeet to walk us through initial set up and any issues we ran into. Traffic has not picked up on our site so we ultimately decided to stop using the app. May use again in the future.

I cannot express how much I appreciated all the one-on-one support from them. I had multiple products not syncing and they took the time to get them all synced for me. They were able to understand my concerns/issues and get them resolved quickly. The response time from sending in my issue to getting it resolved was amazing. Highly recommend this integration app.

Customer service with CedCommerce is very good! They were able to talk me through on chat support until I got a live agent. This app feels outdated and lacks the essential functionality required for modern e-commerce workflows. It auto-publishes products without proper control, offers limited customization options, and makes the listing management unnecessarily complex. I expected a much more intuitive and flexible solution in 2025. Unfortunately, it's easier to work manually than through this app.

The support team is great, they fix any issue I have. This is great integration to, because it takes a lot of the work out of having etsy as a sales channel!
