Amazing app! Couldn't be simpler to setup, and a one click option to download all site images. I have no idea why this isn't an option in Shopify itself, but this is a perfect fix thank you.

It works, I can upload/replace various png and jpg files, but I can't with webp, and support doesn't respond or help. They need to improve customer support.

The App loaded quickly and uploaded my files (Almost 500 products w/ pictures) very quickly, as well. I'm rebuilding my site on my own for the first time and knowing that there was a Free "in house" option to Bakcup & Export my existing files definitely alleviated a lot of stress. Thank you!!!

The export/download was simple, straight to the point and fast. My only issue is the products doesn't come with their titles.

Really like how simple this app installs no complicated configuration. It installed and had only one prompt asking if I wanted the Pro version, and on the same screen was my download button. If was fast and provided me every file in my content/file section in a .zip file. Thanks for making such a simple free app, that Shopify should have provided this function, especially in their Plus accounts.
