We already use their free shipping app and both this and the other app have a clear interface, can translate the widget on many languages, the upsell widgets look also very good besides our products, support very helpful, and this app is even free (maybe for the early birds only? we will see). So absolute nothing to complain about

This app was recommended to us to improve cross selling. It was super easy and straightforward to install. When we had a question on how to improve the experience for our particular store, Samuel got back to us with an hour of the email and was able to quickly resolve the issue! He was great to work with!

Not good with apparel that requires specific sizes and colors. The frequently bought together for any product with variation will not work. When you click claim it only selects the default first option eventhough if you already selected the size and color, this will confuse the customer and make them order the wrong size and colors. Would not recommend this app at all EDIT : I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because of the fast customer service reply.
