Malheureusement, nous avons dû la désinstaller car il n’est pas possible d’afficher les widgets sur les pages traduites lorsque le handle produit a été traduit (et donc modifié dans l’URL pour les clients). Dans notre cas c’était indispensable, donc impossible de continuer à l’utiliser malgré la qualité de l’outil.

I’m really impressed with Essential Upsell and their support team. I was struggling with a cart drawer layout issue on my theme, and their support jumped in right away with the exact CSS fix I needed. The problem was resolved within minutes, and everything now works perfectly — including the upsell display and the checkout area inside the cart. Set up took only a couple of minutes and there are enough options to display different types of product add-ons. Was helped by Matas from Customer Service for some minor tweaks - he was very friendly, helpful and responded very fast!

Nice design and quite options too. The support is very fast and helpful. (best thing about it: it is not a chat bot!) At the moment it is not possible to use several offers with different triggers, which we would have wanted in first place. But we found a workaround this – I would definitely recommend! Really glad we found this App for our Christmass Add-On offers.
