Wow. I spent over an hour talking to customer service, sending screenshots and a full video, only to have the agent be the most unhelpful and unknowledgeable person. It took everything in my power to remember I was talking to a person, but my goodness. How are you the support of a product understand? this online e-commerce stuff is very frustrating and I have a lot of patience.I am not trying to be overconfident but it even makes me lose patience. I had a problem and got on chat with "Aimee" and she not only put up with my spiciness but helped fix my problem.
