DSers refused to honor its own published refund policy for unused annual subscriptions. I had 8–9 months unused, placed no orders through DSers, and requested a partial refund. Support denied it based on undocumented “system / fiscal year” rules that do not exist in their Terms of Service or refund policy, then closed the ticket without a refund.

DSers has great customer service. There is no wait time, the assistants are very fast and efficient.

I was having such a hard time figuring out product pricing, shipping, and seamlessly syncing everything to my shop. I download DSers App months ago with a personal email adress and have an issue with this e-mail adress went was the time to change for my business email adress , many issue , spend lots of time to try at solving the problem without success, Shopify Team and Sidekick are very precious to help, very good service with Shopify , so back to my story , the issue was difficult to solve , so it's about data , so anyone who will face the same problem , go at : account/link managed/whitelist is manage for AliExpress and others suppliers list , and reviews or change email as you need, if you still have difficulty, Support DSers , Aimee was my Superhero yesterday's , she sweet to chat , patient with user , I was very happy after she fix my issue . very helpful , Thank you again Aimee
