I had a minor issue with the product page not showing the discount tiers, and Nareh from their support was super quick to fix it. So far, the best app I have tried on Shopify in terms of support.

One of the best things about this, and there are many, is the great customer support it offers. My store is a bit different than others, but their customer support agent Pearl patiently walked me through the process. She was super helpful and clearly an expert at what she does. Brilliant app. Took a few mins to create a campaign and went live within a minute. Discount could have been placed closer to the add to basket button and as soon as I thought that Emma reached out and said exactly what I was thinking and within a minute she had moved its position. 5 stars for customer support (shoutout to Nareh!) so knowledgeable, responsive and quick to help us! Really like it so far, it has a nice variety of discounts to use, easy to set up. The only issue is that is doesn't display bulk/bundle discounts (ie. get 3 for 30% off) on the main "shop now" page - you only see it in the product page. I hope they will changes this so customers can immediately see that we offer these discounts.
