If you want to cancel the free trial they dont even allow it, you need to contact them so that they add the "billing section" to your account. Its a whole mess, shopify shouldnt allow this. Dont install

The learning curve was/is steep, but once you get that down, It's very flexible with what it can do. I've gone through several web meetings with Jose and I wanted to do something that hadn't been done. Jose sorted it out, figured out the steps needed to make it work and It works perfectly. Augusto has also been incredible, developing methods to get the final product figured out. They are very good to work with and I highly recommend. Customily is a great app for Shopify to be up to date with the market trends for customization products. The app has a lot of features, which will require time to learn, but very rapidly it's obvious, how much potential and opportunities it provides for the shop owners and designers. The support team is really amazing, for most of the questions there are already tutorials and solutions within the app, but the team is very patient in steering their users in the right direction or explain it extra if needed. Direct integration with many POD providers is a big plus. Thank you guys!

This app is quite difficult with many features. But thanks to the development team and the support team, they have supported me a lot to improve my product. My questions are mostly answered quickly. However, sometimes I cannot contact the support team via Chatlive even though it is during business hours. But no problem, the support team is still very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you to the whole team, hope the team will continue to develop stronger and have more diverse features for sellers.

I wasted 3 months with this app. We're doing 1000s of orders every month and my assigned contact kept canceling calls on short notice, told me we could solve the things we need to solve and then ended up not responding anymore. I understand if something cannot be solved but just telling someone "we will be able to do it" and letting the person set everything up and then just not responding anymore is super unprofessional. I recommend teeinblue, they work with layers and it's much more straightforward and also they value their customers.

Very nice app to use for customize, but i wish it was allowing customer to upload their pictures instead of cartoon , but i am happy with the app, it is easy to use, design and custom. I had to cancel my subscription because i ca not afford the price is too high.

I have a very unique product that I offer and Jose from the customily team was able to help me and spend tons of time making sure that my product was set up exactly the way I envisioned it. He made videos to help walk me through updating the features in the future and was SO helpful in making sure my products were exactly what I needed. The customer support team is so helpful!

Once you learn how to use this program it's not that difficult and you'll be happy that you took the time to figure out how to use it. There is a learning curve but I have had nothing but great interaction with their representatives. My questions have all been answered quickly and with patience I sometimes didn't deserve with the silly questions I might be asking. If you want to customize products, this is the way to go. Once you set it up, you're done. Give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it.

The app is great and has a lot of potential. It is quite complex to use and requires a lot of time to get familiar with, which is understandable given its many features. This app needs good and active customer service that is easily accessible. Unfortunately, my experiences with technical support have been poor. I have had several instances where I waited several days for a response to a simple question, and it feels like they are impossible to reach and uninterested in helping. This is a shame because the app itself is good, but the complex features require customer support that is readily available and willing to help.

Love this app . its very powerful and not easy at first, but the team is great and always ready to help , when creating designs or playing with templates i just wish there was a bit more details on what does what , but so far i love what this app can do and priovide.
