First, I want to clarify that the reason I'm writing this review is that they don't start shipping within the agreed timeframe. After you've worked with them for a while, they'll slowly start changing your original 8-15 day delivery time ("they claim it's the fastest") to 25-35 days (or even longer, or because the time is so long, items often get lost in transit, forcing you to refund customers, but they won't). They'll constantly change the shipping methods and speeds you paid for, and you can't do anything about it because they're still using the "so-called shipping methods" you paid for. Then, you'll receive a lot of customer inquiries about why their orders haven't been delivered, leading to negative reviews on platforms like your store that can't be hidden or fixed. They'll try every means to avoid refunding you, such as for orders canceled immediately after placing them, damaged goods, etc. They start off well, getting you to use their app, but then you'll encounter all these problems.

CJdropshipping has been an important partner for our business, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive thanks to our personal agent, Wendy. She is always responsive, consistently kind, and incredibly reliable. No matter the issue, Wendy communicates clearly, follows up quickly, and genuinely cares about helping. I truly hope to keep Wendy as my agent long-term (forever, if possible) — she is a huge asset to CJ and a big reason we continue using the platform. From a platform perspective, there are still a few areas that could improve over time. More frequently updated inventory availability would be very helpful, and a faster dispute resolution process would greatly improve the overall experience. That said, having a strong and dependable agent like Wendy makes navigating these challenges much easier. Overall, a solid platform with outstanding agent support.
