Thanks so much to the devs of this app. It's super simple to set up and use for both our business and the customer. The inbox and option to appear online or offline has definately helped increase our sales by quickly answering any quick questions they had before purchasing. When we are not online, we are able to reply to the customer and they can see it when they next visit the site or we can reply by email to them if they leave it.

Great app that I have been using daily. Being able to converse with customers in 'real time' via the chat inbox has been very useful in building trust and converting sales.
