I've tried all the AI chatbots for Shopify, and HEIChat is by far the best! SO easy to set up. I love that I can choose Claude as my AI model as it works best for my brand. Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with heichat not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.
