For the questions that still need a human touch, Juphy smartly routes them to our team, so we’re always giving our customers top-notch assistance. One feature I absolutely love is that I can train Juphy with my own answers. This means that when there’s a question not covered on the site, I can update Juphy to handle it next time. The customer support team is very responsive. Cem and Irem were very helpful in implementing Juphy quickly.
