I've used many of the leading helpdesks and, for me and my team, Kustomer takes the cake. Kustomer's workflow engine, pre-built integrations, custom integration capabilities, and the ability to customize almost any single aspect in the platform are what stands out for us. We have abandoned another very popular CSR system in Kustomer's favour, which was a great decision. This app is flexible, tech support is always here for you, and new features are added constantly. Starting with filters and automation and ending with a smart chatbot (integrated into Shopify in the blink of an eye), we enjoy working with it. Strongly recommend for all Shopify sellers. You should try, and you will never want anything else.

Kustomer integrates well with Shopify. All order info comes through to the customer's timeline and allows us to easily see order history. We have had kustomer integrated with Shopify for a few years and have never had any data syncing issues. We also are able to funnel specific orders from Shopify to specific fulfillment channels within our organization, giving our customers a better experience.
