The app is super handy for anyone that is wanting to setup back in stock notifications, and has the right reporting to see both products in demand, and then ROI on the notifications. Support reached out when I exceed my threshold to let me know, and I paid for the product immediately given how well it worked. They then helped me send the remaining notifications now that I was on the paid plan, and even offered to do it for me.

The app is great for notifying customers that a product can be preordered and when the customer can expect stock to be available. You can also set up e-mail reminders. This app is extremely user friendly. It did everything I needed it to do. And when I had a question for tech support (changing the location of the notification button), they were immediately available and had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service! Their response time is so fast and they helped me create custom code to ensure the button placement on the home page and product page was exactly where I wanted it (and hid other things for me that I didn't want shown). I had started with a different app and they were useless (and more expensive). I couldn't recommend this more!! I'm using this as a waitlist for a product that will be coming and it's done everything I wanted and more!

It's a straightforward app that does exactly what I need it to do. Support was prompt, clear, and effective.

It is very easy to set up, and I have not encountered any issues so far. Can setup various pre-order collections, with ease and no heavy thinking or any coding required. It does what you want it to do and where you want it done. Can Highly recommend. The one thing that may be an issue is that you cannot say what it should do when the item count is reached, it keeps it on "continue selling when out of stock" there is no option to say what you want it to revert back to once the count of items is reached. As far as I can see.
