We switched to Stoq from a different app, as Stoq had better pricing for the features we wanted which was the "notify me when back in stock" item. Their support has been super helpful and responsive in getting me set up and the back end looks really easy to use.

Give Nageraj a raise. You know... anytime I have to message an app for support I never know what I'm going to get. Sometimes it feels like they get excited saying no to me. Nageraj was so friendly - even if he didn't help me I'd have given him 5 stars, but he successfully removed out "Add to Cart" button when a product is out of stock and replaced it with a notify alert. Thank you!!

Just installed the app, setup was very clear and not hard at all, but had an alignement issue on the front end. Used the support chat and in no time Vishu helped very quickly and efficiently to get everything looking great. Lots of options to customize everything to your own liking. Great app!

Support for this app was so quick and helpful! I worked with Anaam to get our DKIM authentication configured and they were super easy to work with and friendly. We solved the issue in under 10 minutes and I was able to continue setting up the rest of the app. All of the help center materials have been so clear and easy to follow, and I think that this is going to solve many of our restock notification needs! Absolutely amazing customer services & customizability options - I came over from another app where the customer service was like pulling teeth to get the most basic thing changed, and decided to give this app a go as the beginner plan was within my budget, and couldn't be more impressed. This app has *everything* I need from an app and I'm thrilled to have found one that does. It allows me to give the option of pre-order AND 'notify me when back in stock'. The other pre-order apps I found only could offer one option at a time. I want both because not everyone wants to pre-order, they just want a back in stock notification. It's also the only app that also works on POS which is a huge bonus. I only wish you could process pre-orders on POS, too! It's also one of the most affordable options. Great user experience, every customization feature I could want. Thank you!!
