This was my first time placing an order to fulfill a customer order. The process in and of it self is antiquated and frustrating beyond belief. However, there was light at the end of the tunnel for me because I had the absolute most patient customer support representative, Azalea. I was chatting with via email and two chat windows at one point but she never missed a beat. It was a pleasure working with her.

Very good app for drop shipping. Sure there are bugs and issues but thats with any app. A person named Alice helped me out and my businesses. Small bug sometimes there are problems with some of these products but she made a real effort and help me out

I experienced some issues with my first orders as they couldn't be placed into my AliExpress account, and I wasn’t sure why. Thankfully, the Zopi support team was amazing! Jennie quickly identified and solved the issue, but her shift ended, Ross seamlessly took over without me needing to explain everything again. The issue turned out to be incomplete contact information. Once that was resolved, everything worked perfectly. Huge thanks to Jennie & Ross for their quick and efficient support!

Ei pysty määrittämään eu alueen toimittajia. ei pysty määrittämään hakuun näyttämään hintaa suoraan omaan maahan tuontiin. ei pääse käymään saman kauppiaan sivuilla etsimässä muita tuotteita. todella hankala ja jäykkä sovellus. hinnat kalliimpia kuin tilaisi suoraan itselleen. jos haluaa peruuttaa tilauksen ei rahoja palauteta vaan joudut/pääset käyttämään sovellusta siihen asti kun olet maksanut.
