This is the most outrageous waste of money and time. Do Not install unless you like Absolutely No Support, No Refunds. I installed this and was having a difficult time getting products to be in stock (turned out it was a shipping method issue). I chatted with a Bot and finally asked for live person. Never heard back. I felt maybe i needed to have a paid account for this to work. So I subscribed and mistakenly on my part paid for a full year. Asking the Bot about canceling and refunds. I got canned answer on how to cancel. But the Cancel feature is not usable until closer to the end of term. I get "Cancel plan failed Downgrade or cancel only at the end of the cycle: . Contact support for help." So you can not cancel. The Refund basically said.. if you bought it you own it and only if there is a bug that is verified by staff can you get refund. I will NEVER Ever be one that lays down on this stuff. If indeed I am able to cancel and get refund I will, but I am probably out my $150

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

I loaded 40 to 50 products that were suggested as good sellers and so I went to it adding my products. I found out that I needed to contact each company about their return policies so I started removing products as there would be no way for me to contact all these suppliers that Zopi had said were safe to use. So I uninstalled the app 1 day after I had installed in and then four days later I was charged a full month's charge for the app. I am still trying to reach the Zopi Support for help with a refund!

hankala löytää tuotteita, näyttää vain muutaman vaihtoehdon mitä haki ja sen jälkeen tulee ihan asiaan kuulumattomia tuotteita näkyviin. Ei pysty hakemaan esimerkiksi aliexpress myyjäkaupan nimellä. Ei pysty määrittämään eu alueen toimittajia. ei pysty määrittämään hakuun näyttämään hintaa suoraan omaan maahan tuontiin. ei pääse käymään saman kauppiaan sivuilla etsimässä muita tuotteita. todella hankala ja jäykkä sovellus. hinnat kalliimpia kuin tilaisi suoraan itselleen. jos haluaa peruuttaa tilauksen ei rahoja palauteta vaan joudut/pääset käyttämään sovellusta siihen asti kun olet maksanut.

This app doesn't sync correctly with tiktok shop. It's a nightmare!! also they keep charging you after you uninstall the app. Customer service don't resolve anything. Disappointed!!

惜しい、使えない。 まず在庫連携しない、在庫なくなってるのに注文できてしまう。 注文の処理時にお客様の送付先も反映されない。 全部自分の住所に送られてくる。 全部手入力ですか? いずれ使えるアプリになりそうな予感はあるが、 現状は使えない。

Zopi, you don't reply to my messages, you have been ignoring me for weeks and now you decided to take £80.15 from my account yesterday 31/07/24, for an app we never used. plan was clicked by mistake, we deactivated it with the help of shopify assistant and they advised that you must not charge for the app as it was never used and has been deactivated. Shopify reached out to you last night 31/07/24 requesting for a refund and this morning you sent me the following email Hi there, hope you're doing well. Please be kindly advised that all transactions on Zopi are non-refundable due to our strict policy. As a third-party application of Shopify, all payments for your subscription are processed directly through Shopify. This means that Shopify is responsible for charging the full amount on your account when the subscription was activated. That's why you still received the invoice after you cancel the plan. So, to deal with our Billing team, we need to verify your concern about the reason to cancel the plan. May I know if you have any difficulties with the app so far and would like to downgrade to lower plan instead? Look forward to hear from you soon. Kind regards, The Zopi Support team. Shopify would not come to you if they were responsible for charging the fee as they already advised that you do not charge for then app as it has been deactivated. Zopi i'll appreciate an honest response from you as you have charged me for one year for an app i will never use and now refusing to offer a refund.

So where do i start ....... Started off on the free plan as new to it all. first 3 products i listed were perfectly fine, shipped to the UK etc. Then suddenly it changed to US with no other dropdown option for anywhere else. Spent a good 1-2hours friday with someone. They went through it all & nothing could be found. I screenshot & sent to her as It wouldn't allow me to change any delivery. she said to keep as it is US but it will get delivered to the UK. I said what about the delivery charges & timescale which won't change. She suggest I upgrade my plan ... shock ... Eventually she said she'd pass it onto the development team to look at. So few days later i asked the question on the chat function. The lady has no idea about my problem as it's apparently not even been logged !! I was advised by shopify experts on a forum to avoid & this is why .....
