Horrible...... DO NOT USE! The very first order was a mess!!! We purchased the $39 plan all to be messed over by this app.

FYI Asking the Bot about canceling and refunds. I got canned answer on how to cancel. But the Cancel feature is not usable until closer to the end of term. I get "Cancel plan failed Downgrade or cancel only at the end of the cycle: . Contact support for help."

This is the most outrageous waste of money and time. Do Not install unless you like Absolutely No Support, No Refunds. I installed this and was having a difficult time getting products to be in stock (turned out it was a shipping method issue). I chatted with a Bot and finally asked for live person. Never heard back. I felt maybe i needed to have a paid account for this to work. So I subscribed and mistakenly on my part paid for a full year. Asking the Bot about canceling and refunds. Contact support for help." So you can not cancel. The Refund basically said.. if you bought it you own it and only if there is a bug that is verified by staff can you get refund. I will NEVER Ever be one that lays down on this stuff. If indeed I am able to cancel and get refund I will, but I am probably out my $150

Zopi is overcharging yet providing any useful features. So I'm using this app for the past 1 year and its finally time I'm getting rid from it. It often fulfills the orders automatically through its own expensive suppliers and the tracking is just crap. Not even track a single item. It says merchant limit reached, although I've not seen eve a single tracking information.

Excellent customer service with brilliant staffs who make sure solve your problem. Strongly recommend.

Application fiable. Personne à l'écoute (Merci Ross). Aide pour passer une commande alors que je ne trouvais de fournisseur de remplacement. Aide pour trouver des produits chez des fournisseurs (ex. Aliexpress). Je ne souhaite plus utiliser que votre application. Donc, je recherche les produits qui me tienne à coeur dans ma boutique sur votre application. Encore merci.
