I have talked to Pauline for my questions. She was so kind and sweet. Also fast and helpful which is very important for me. It was good.

It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep looking

Ross was a huge help in navigating Shopify-Zopi orders, and filled in a lot of blanks when things became murky. I really appreciate their patience and understanding, and know that their assistance makes this app a breeze to work with.

I did a test order and two clients ordered as well...all parties are yet to receive products after 4+ weeks. Very disappointed.
