This is a great app and was easy to set up. The team was quick and responsive with my questions. I could set up the minimum order quantities per product that I needed to sell for wholesale and got my site set up the way I wanted it to be.

The functionality is top - notch. It offers a wide range of features that perfectly meet my needs. Whether I'm [describe a key task], the app handles it with ease. The tools are intuitive, and I can quickly accomplish what I want without any hassle.

I started using the free version without much expectation, but it turned out to work perfectly for the features I needed. When an issue came up, I spent several days trying to resolve it on my own. After reading the great reviews, I decided to reach out for support. Haley responded incredibly quickly, in less than a day, and provided exceptional help. Communication was smooth, they were kind, and most importantly, they understood exactly what I needed and resolved the issue perfectly. The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out. The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app. If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

I am having issues getting this app set up and working correctly but that's not the reason for my rating. The reason for my rating is that customer service accused me of "yelling" at them and blaming them via email when I did no such thing. I simply explained what was happening and asked for help. I'm really confused and appalled that they said this to me. If this situation gets resolved I will edit my rating but for now, any company that jumps the gun and accuses their customers of something like this deserves a low rating. Please be more professional and don't assume someone is "yelling" in email when they are simply asking for help.

First of all the fact this app is free /beta blows my mind. It performs SO much better than paid apps I’ve used in the past , and the support is far superior. It has everything I need and more, and it’s so simple. I had another app that was clashing with it and their support had it fixed for me in no time. Can’t gush enough about how good this app and support is. Haley was brilliant support. Download it, it’s free and it works.

Great support available with staff that are eager to walk you through your challenges. Apps work great and are very simple to customize

I only tried the quick order form and it did not function properly. Basically, the form appears to add products to the cart that are not in the inventory. They are visible in the cart but then removed at checkout. It is not a good situation when you have busy wholesale customers planning a $1000 purchase and there are only $200 worth of product left at checkout. Although support was responsive and friendly, it took multiple explanations over a few weeks before someone seemed to understand the issue, only to determine that it would not be changed. I would not be comfortable trusting wholesale sales to this complex beta version. Perhaps it will be better eventually.

Finally an app wich allows me to personalize my wholesale selling on the webshop. It is very easy and clear to work with, I have experience with other apps but this one is by far the best and user friendly. I had some troubles installing it on my theme, but the support team helped me out quickly. Another five stars for the support!

I'm still in the testing phase but this looks like it will do everything I need it to. Whilst not causing issues with my Dawn Theme like other apps have done in the past. Haley was so patient and helpful during my setup and very prompt. Amazed that this is a free app. Hope that if they do transition to a paid option that it will be cost effective.

Although I downloaded it for wholesale purposes, I'm now able to integrate some discount pricing that I offer at in person trade shows to customers with the volume pricing so I'm super excited for that! This app is free and works better than all of the others I tried on the appstore ( I tried 8 others) their support team is responsive, polite, and helped me customize the lockpage to look great with my theme unlike all of the other lock apps that were generic, unprofessional looking, & lacked support.
