I needed support to get something right. Response was great and continued to help until I got it right. Product is good exactly what we were looking for.

So far, both the app itself and the support, especially from Haley, have been excellent. We haven’t started using it with real B2B customers yet, but the setup experience has been very promising, particularly when paired with another app from the same developer, Sami B2B Lock, Password Protect. We’re looking forward to putting it into action with our B2B customers soon.

This App was exactly what we need. We wanted to create a segment for our VIP clients and offer them exclusive discounts for certain products while we also continue to offer the same products at their regular prices to the public. An update caused our website to crash whenever the cart was opened. Uninstalling the app fixed this.

The application was excellent until I enabled the volume pricing feature, which is a crucial promotion for our store. However, the application is not applying the appropriate discounts, which hinders customer purchases. Currently, I am compelled to exert additional effort to retain customers due to the misleading nature of the application. It displays discounts on product prices, but when customers proceed to checkout, the prices remain unchanged. Consequently, customers are either compelled to pay the full product price or are unable to make a purchase and subsequently contact the business to inquire about the discrepancy in the discount. Therefore, I kindly request Sami to rectify this issue. While we are willing to invest in the application, we expect it to function as advertised with the additional features we have or will purchased.
