I had an issue with the wholesale setting working with my cart and checkout. I was very impressed with how quick Haley responded to me and helped get a resolution. And also was very helpful advising me which direction I had to go, to utilise the options I wanted to use. I will be upgrading to the gold package as a result of how good the service was. I’ve only just started using this app and I’m currently on the free version, but so far it appears to be working very well. There were a few glitches when I first installed it on my website, however Hayley from the customer service team fixed everything very quickly and it’s now running smoothly. It’s great to have a free plan available so you can properly test the app before committing. I’ll come back and update this review if anything changes, but at this stage it looks like a solid wholesale solution with excellent support.

We find this app really useful for our business, we use it to have wholesale pricing for our wholesale customers while having retail pricing for our regular customers, all in one store. It is quick to set up and use. The support staff are responsive and quick to help with any questions or customisations. Awesome app, we really recommend it!
