Their customer support is fantastic—live chat help is always on hand whenever I need it. I was also impressed at how quickly the abandoned cart flow worked: it recovered a sale within just five minutes of being activated with minimal setup required on my end!

When it comes to customer service TxtCart is at the top of their game. I had a billing issue and they took care of me right away, makes a difference when a company does its best to make you feel like they have your back no matter the circumstance. Its a very easy to use platform and the support team is amazing. Also the team believes so much in their product that you get a free trial so with that it pays for itself by generating you extra sales. No risk fam. One of the best sms apps out there, I have over a 20 roas with my sms campaigns. They also have a boat load of new features releasing like sms support using ai, sms flows. Overall this app is excellent and I can’t wait until all the features are released!
