I had a problem with the status of the orders and the support from Track123 helped me very well, I can only recommend the app to others.

Wonderful assistance from support when you need help, and I've tested a few other tracking apps; they are so outdated, this one has a nice modern touch and feel, and so far has everything I need for a tracking app.

For US users like us, it does not match any tracking from carriers besides UPS, FedEx, and USPS. It won't match the tracking if you ship LTL via RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, AAA, Saia, etc. Setting this up was a waste of time and money. The information the app integrates with the vast list of carriers should be removed from their page.

I Have nothing to complain about, really. The app does it's work and I don't have to worry about the tracking. Plus the chat support is personal, light-hearted and you get fast replies, what I find to be also nice!

I would recommend Track123 because it helps to build trust with customers by letting them know where their package is at any time they'd like to check.

The worst app I've ever seen on Shopify! Out of 200 parcels, only a few were able to track the correct order status. Support makes promises and does nothing. Deleted
