I've got the app for about a week now, all is well so far. It does what a tracking app is supposed to do. It's also cheaper than the rest. I had some problems with certain tracking numbers not being tracked, but that's an issue that support fixed quickly.

Wonderful assistance from support when you need help, and I've tested a few other tracking apps; they are so outdated, this one has a nice modern touch and feel, and so far has everything I need for a tracking app.

For US users like us, it does not match any tracking from carriers besides UPS, FedEx, and USPS. It won't match the tracking if you ship LTL via RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, AAA, Saia, etc. Setting this up was a waste of time and money. The information the app integrates with the vast list of carriers should be removed from their page.
