Track123 has been an absolute lifesaver for tracking my shipments. The app is incredibly easy to use, updates are fast and accurate, and it supports packages from so many carriers all in one place. I no longer have to jump between different websites just to see where my orders are — everything is neatly organized in one app. What truly sets Track123 apart, though, is their lovely customer support team. They are kind, patient, and genuinely care about helping you. Any question or issue I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally, and with such a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find both a great app and such amazing people behind it.

I initially experienced some issues with the PayPal tracking sync and the in-app support chat not working. However, the Track123 team reached out quickly and helped me resolve everything. Their support was patient, proactive, and genuinely committed to fixing the problem. Now the app is working smoothly, and the PayPal sync feature is functioning correctly. The most essential feature I needed — auto-sending tracking numbers to PayPal — simply does not work. I tried multiple times to contact their support team but it's impossible: all the contact buttons inside the app are unresponsive, and the support chat window just keeps loading forever and won’t let me send any messages. I’ve tried for several days with no luck and received zero support. With this experience, I will switch to another app soon that actually works and provides proper customer support.

Time for rating after weeks of testing and settling for a shipping app that finally suits my needs. What do i mean? Ok, here we go. Choosing a shipping app was much harder than you can imagine: 1. Modern design: If you have a site relying on the regular drop shipping model, this won't hurt much but still makes a difference. For me? I run a heavily curated visuals and a somewhat old fashioned, "warehouse" style just isn't the right fit. This has me covered completely. Also, tracking with map. Pure premium. 2. Reliable. Until now, no issues. And i mean it. ZERO performance issues. Shipping is one of the most important things. 3. Growth plan is 9$/month for 300 orders. More than fair, lets be honest here. 4. The Growth plan includes synchronized tracking for PayPal. It keeps everything organized and saves sooo much time since the order details are added automatically. Having this included in a low-priced plan means you don’t need an extra app for it, making your setup lighter. And if it wasn't on a low paid plan, maybe I wouldn't have done my research on this. 5. Customer support. This one brings back bad memories of some other apps. Yes some were great, but their customer support either couldn't understand what i was asking for and we had endless loops of telling me the same, either was entirely off topic. With this app, the only case i needed support was at the beginning of the testing and wasn't about a performance issue but for feature availability. Or maybe its just me, in general i search and try more than average so maybe i am not the one to speak of customer support. If some complaints i hear for average (or lower) quality customer support are true, then guys invest some time on training some more your people. I know you all want to do your job, so you won't lose by doing that, it would be a pity. But again, not much to say here, consider consulting other reviews on this subject. 6. Customization: I am covered enough (add images, FAQs) and there is still one option i haven't explored yet (Its in the customization section). One specific app i have in mind had great customization (and in fact it provided some more) but i just couldn't integrate it to my site. So, conclusion: If something bad happens AND can't be discussed/fixed after a small time window of a discussion of good will, then i will come back for an update to share my experience. For now? A clear 5/5.

We initially ran into issues with product recommendations and DNS verification, and at first the support process was frustrating with a lot of back-and-forth that didn’t resolve the problem. That said, everything has now been fixed and is working as expected. The app is performing solidly, and we’re glad to see the improvements. If support continues building on this progress with clearer, more direct communication, this could easily become one of the strongest apps in its category.

We installed Track123 on both of our Shopify stores and unfortunately it has been nothing but problems. The app does not synchronize data properly, and the functionality is completely different from what the description suggests. The listing feels misleading – it forces you into installing and paying for a subscription, only to discover that the app is unstable, difficult to use, and far from what was promised. We have tried contacting chat support numerous times, but as a store owner I simply don’t have days to spend explaining issues that should have been clearly described upfront. Even during normal business hours in Central Europe, chat often tells you to wait two hours for a response. That’s unacceptable when you’re running a business. The most serious issue is that the app provides false and misleading delivery information. We found out by accident after several days that customers were being shown incorrect tracking details – something extremely embarrassing and damaging for our reputation. Overall, the app feels unstable, unpredictable, and unprofessional. If Track123 wants to gain trust, they need to clearly describe limitations, fix their synchronization problems, and provide real-time support. Until then, I would strongly advise others to avoid installing it and wasting valuable time and money.

The app itself works well and has great potential, but the customer support experience has been extremely frustrating. I reported a product recommendation issue over a week ago, and support has been replying piece by piece without actually resolving the problem. It feels like they aren’t fully reading the emails, which makes it very difficult to get clear answers. We’ve also been stuck in a loop trying to verify our email through DNS—support has given us more than a dozen different fixes, none of which worked. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they keep repeating the same non-working instructions. The app is solid, but the support is by far the weakest we’ve seen from any Shopify app. If they improved their support quality and communication, this would be a much stronger product overall.
