Great App with Great Support! I've been using this app for a week to create custom build your own mugs for our pottery store- and already our conversion rate is up and order value is up! Its intuitive to set up listings and it has a lot of great features.

I highly recommend this app especially if you need personalization or need to collect information for certain products. I've had to contact customer service a few times because of small conflicts with my theme and the support team has gone above and beyond to help me, and I'm using the free version. We switched to Tepo from another options app due to the massive amount of choices available including font selection which is really useful for our custom clothing business. We had a small issue with our options not showing in orders but Hazel helped us fix that within a few minutes of getting in touch. Can’t recommend enough!
