For us they were clunky to use, lacked sufficient support and included many features that we didn't need, while at the same time missing critical features that we thought were obvious. Supermoon gets straight to the point. The app's clean aesthetic matches what you would expect a Shopify tool to look like. The setup was super simple (we use Gmail) and, unlike some of the other apps, the two mirror each other perfectly. The support threads are very conversational, and we love the internal team chat feature. The AI-generated responses were a pleasant surprise. We didn't expect to use them as much as we do, but its a great way to save some time and get a response started. We're looking forward to building out this customization to save us even more time. Finally, the support is top-notch. Their team welcomes our feedback and recommendations and actively works on ways to implement them, and this has really improved the overall UX. The app is still in its early days and will naturally have some kinks as these new improvements are deployed, but they are quick to address them.
