Making life easy even after only a week after installation. It helps gather customers details, saves me time with emailing silly questions back and forward. Customers easily get questions answered with a fluent conversation flow.

Nice app I just wish they would let you pick the products the app learns rather than leaving it up to the app itself and it would be nice to have a way to remove the "SmartBot by BestChat" link and description at the bottom of the chat window. If these two thing ever get taken care of the app would be perfect in my opinion.

I have just installed and tested this with several queries. The results are pretty amazing and what I was looking for in a AI chatbot. I hope that in the coming months I will see increase in sales using this.

So far so good. The only thing is that it shows it's a bot and is a little pushy. Other than that it's really good.

the product is excellent. but the support team is not active to response. i have emailed thrice but still no response from their side about few questions i asked. as i have subscribed for 300 USD plan, i was expecting a better service. atleast human support
