Nice app I just wish they would let you pick the products the app learns rather than leaving it up to the app itself and it would be nice to have a way to remove the "SmartBot by BestChat" link and description at the bottom of the chat window. If these two thing ever get taken care of the app would be perfect in my opinion.

I have just installed and tested this with several queries. The results are pretty amazing and what I was looking for in a AI chatbot. I hope that in the coming months I will see increase in sales using this.

an easy-to-learn bot and can easily find information about your online store. Teaching the bot is sometimes a bit tiring, but profitable and yet easy

So far so good. The only thing is that it shows it's a bot and is a little pushy. Other than that it's really good.

the product is excellent. but the support team is not active to response. i have emailed thrice but still no response from their side about few questions i asked. as i have subscribed for 300 USD plan, i was expecting a better service. atleast human support

I like the was the app converses with clients but I do think that it could use some more tweaks there have been customers that are looking for a product and it didn’t recognize that we carry the product as well as other variations.

Je recommande l'app SmartBot à 100%. En effet, après avoir testé une vingtaine d'app de chat, je n'ai jamais eu ce que je voulais. Une fois j'avais une app qui demandais à un humain du service client quand elle ne savait pas mais on ne pouvais pas demander au bot de reprendre la conversation. Une autre fois j'ai eu une app pas assez professionnelle ou qui ne respectais pas la charte graphique ou l'image de la marque. Après avoir également testé les apps redirigeant vers WhatsApp, je me suis rendu compte que cela n'étais vraiment pas optimisé. Bref, cette app est pour moi la meilleure à avoir !

I have just installed the SmartBot today.. it was extremely easy to install and it seems very easy to use!

Great app but would love to be able to jump into the conversation with customers, and be able to train the bot based off real previous conversations.

Me gusta mucho el chatboot, la interfaz es muy amigable :) Y la AI ayuda mucho a que no tengas que pasar todas las preguntas.

Hasta ahora todo va perfecto, identifica bien los productos y responde con asertividad. Solo he tenido un problema, es sensible a mayúsculas y mis pedidos empiezan con MM y si un usuario copia mm, no lo encuentra.

Un Chat muy completo y funcional, merece la pena, pero eso si, tienes que echar tiempo en enseñar a la IA lo mas importantes para que haga bien su trabajo

cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies. Enfin il serait aussi bien de passer la main à un agent humain lorsque le client le demande et pour cela il faut programmer des heures d'ouvertures
