very basic and limited ai chat. I really hope they can improve by tailoring the ai chat to customer theme - most disappointment is the constant pop-up message. I dont know if there is a way to stop this.

We gave it a quick trial and unfortunately the bot is not very smart. It gave wrong answers regarding our Shipping Cost even though it's stated in the Shipping Policy, it also fails to detect if someone wants to speak to the support. You can't upload any documents or links to train the bot to make it smarter, so we decided to deinstall again.

After a few days of trying to get some answers from support I have changed my rating. Yes this app looks very nice but you don't have enough control over the AI bot and it can give out wrong info and yes you can add answers to a knowledge base but there is no way to stop it from making suggesting that you don't want. And trying to get support you would think they have it, but they don't I have emails that have never been responded to. And some many questions never answered. So I will have to delete this app just do to the lack of support and questions on how to's.

I feel that the learning time was very short and the bot seems to work quickly and accuratly with little training.

This chatbot is amazing. It's a game changer when it comes to automations. It's able to recommend products give details on the ordering process. Also is able to tell customer about order status all in one place this is one of the best apps I have seen so far.

Seems OK, only it recommends sold-out products even after training it not to do so. Lots of customization possibilities, and no need for the visitor to start with giving their email address.

I would def recommend this app its very helpful in assisting customers find products they may want fast and efficiently.

I recently integrated the Smartbot app into my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The setup was super easy, and the chatbot has been a game-changer for my customer service. It instantly responds to customer queries, guiding them through product selections, answering FAQs, and even assisting with order tracking.

SmartBot saves us a lot of time answering questions personally. It recommends products based on what we've trained it to recommend, including providing product links. We need to train it a bit more as some of the answers it's given have been a bit off the mark but we'll get it right soon enough.

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

This chatbot has successfully generated sales for me, which is fantastic! However, there's an issue—it occasionally tells customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory.
