Wonderful App, takes out so much manual labor on applying discounts & inventory. We are a furniture store; so for bedroom sets compromised of individual items, its so much easier to hit one item, and the inventory adjusts for all items . SO much simpler for discounts auto applied and removing the items from our inventory. It is also great to see live stock if for example a certain piece on a modular sectional is not on hand, I can see what configurations I am able to build vs what I am missing, making orders easier or to answer customers stock questions right away. I can easily see what piece I don't have and what to order. This separates stores that stay stuck with the ones that can scale/grow operations. Customer service is very responsible at all hours .

I'm a big fan of this app. It helped me enable a really particular product assortment while keeping my inventory accurate. The support experience is some of the best I've had—super quick responses and it feels like they're actually invested in resolving any issues you may have. It's refreshing in a world of AI chatbots and Big Tech slop.

I noticed that my orders were broken and a lot of my customers didn't receive upsell product. This caused a HUGE problems for me and costs hunderds of dollars. I got notifcation on my Shopify that "Simple Bundle Cart Tranform API" working not correctly. I've send all information to support team of this plugin, but they claims that this is not caused by their plugin. However another support team found the problem on the simple bundle plugin and fixed it. This is really bad behavior for support team, especially because I've provided many times the information about Shopify notifcations about theirs plugin mistakes.

This company has one of the best customer support departments I've ever dealt with. No matter who answered my emails (and there were several people), I never had to re-explain my case, they all knew exactly what was going on. The replies were lighting fast, always same-day and often within a few hours. If the question was ever slightly complicated, they would come back with a walk-through screen capture video, made specifically for my case. Everything was crystal clear, and very well-explained, and everyone was extremely polite and knowledgable. Every email I recieved back answered my question perfectly... and some of my questions were quite elaborate. I'm not sure who does their hiring, but they can certainly coach other companies on customer-support how-to's. The app itself works extremely well. If you're new to the concept like we were, it takes a bit of time to wrap your head around how to set things up. But once it clicks, it makes perfect sense. Shopify's back end makes it a bit challenging to keep things organized, but that's on them and not Simple Bundles. Big thank-you to their team, and I highly recommend them along with their app, for anyone who needs to track products in all kinds of bundles!

We’ve had some issues getting Simple Bundles to work seamlessly with our more complex setup and integrations, but to be fair, our requirements are quite advanced and involve multiple systems/other apps. Despite the challenges, what makes Simple Bundles so great is their support team. They are responsive, engaged, and always willing to dig in and find solutions. We are a small business with limited time/money to spend but wanted to set up three gift bundles with six or seven different product options (each with up to three variants) for Black Friday Weekend. This is too many variants for the usual Shopify Bundles app but I was tempted by the 3 free bundles and unlimited variants option here. We are using the old Debut Theme on Shopify and I wasn't sure if we would be able to set up Simply Bundles on it, but we did, and after a little guidance it works wonderfully! The dashboard is very easy to use and I already had all of my products set up so creating Gold, Silver and Bronze gift bundles was straightforward. The more tricky bit was getting the options visible on the live site. This required a message to support who got back to me the same day and directed me to their very clear step by step instructions on the little bit of code I had to copy and paste into my theme. I am not a coder but I managed to follow the instructions and it all worked like a dream! It took me maybe ten minutes. When we are in a position financially to create more bundles we will definitely be sticking with Simply Bundles and subscribing. Excellent app! Excellent service!

This app is far more powerful than the "simple" name implies, and the 3-bundle free option is very generous considering it does not limit the kinds of bundles you can make. This, combined with the fast and excellent support response I received when I asked for help creating a particular kind of bundle, earned 5 stars from me. I decided to test this app out for my Black Friday sales and now that I understand what it can do, I will be upgrading and outfitting my shop with more bundle options long-term. It took a minute to wrap my head around how it works, but once it clicked, I see so many opportunities to use this for my business (a skin care brand). The app itself isn't complicated - just the mechanics of variants in the bundle products vs variants in the individual products had my head spinning. Shout out to Hosanna in support, though, because they explained it very well and now I'm a bundle-making machine. :) Thank you!

Love this app. Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. I do wish there was a subscription option between the free plan and the starter plan to make it more affordable for small businesses in Australia, where our currency isn’t as strong as the US dollar. Overall, very good experience.

I trialed many bundle apps before settling on Simple Bundles, and my choice has not disappointed me! I’m able to put together complex bundles of our multi-dog walking equipment. Any time I have an issue, the support staff is SUPER on it… like even at 11 pm on a Friday night. Recently Stella jumped into our store to take a look a missing bundle items and provided quick & clear instructions on resolve the situation. I’m a big fan!
