The app did not want to work - I had to access it from a different place in the Shopify app and after several failed attempts I finally got it sent. Unfortunately the mailing list I have selected was cut short and only a third of my clients was picked for the mailing list in the process

I do have a hard time finding it, because they moved the "email" segment to its own thing, rather than being under "campaigns"

It's very user friendly. It syncs to all my products so adding images and product links are very easy.

Email made as complicated as possible, and I don't care about google and yahoo email anymore. I get SO many emails a day from Gmail accounts from spam companies and they want to filter my once-a-month email for reasons beyond my control? Seriously I despise the email system in shopify, gmail and yahoo mail!

I moved over to this because it was well priced, and just made more sense than the other service I was using for product promotion. Overall I think it was the right move, but there are still a lot of missing features. One, it only tracks link clicks for products. But why? If using for a broader campaign why not show link clicks for all links? It also has limitations for how many blocks you can use, which was a struggle. Should I really have to choose if I have room for a button or an image? The app is missing some blocks I'd expect it to have, too. Like a poll, a form or a quote. Or the ability to embed a link like a Pin or social video that isn't YouTube or Vimeo. I'll stick with this because what I do love: audience segmenting, on-platform ease, tracking of conversions, etc. But hoping and crossing fingers for upgrades.

Easy to use and send professional looking emails that you can link directly to products and pages on your site. No problems so far!

Really great app linking to products and live discounts. To improve it would be good if products could link through to variants as well. Also would be better if templates for different sections could be saved to the library to use again in different designs, rather than just entire email templates.

Best thing Shopify introduced! Makes it so easier than using other apps as it filters all the customers.

It definitely takes a minute to get used to setting everything up, but once I got it the app is quick and easy to use. The hardest part was figuring out how to put people in different segments. Wish that was explained a bit better.

I got a message saying my bank account info is incorrect after I sent my first email blast. I checked in "Banking", and the info is correct. Don't know where this other "incorrect" bank account could be configured.

I’m new to Shopify, and honestly, I wish I had joined years ago! There are so many great tools available, but my favorite so far is Shopify Email. It’s super easy to use, lets me design campaigns quickly, and I can choose from a variety of templates to promote my products in a professional way.

I was using Klaviyo, but decided to downgrade for a while, so i tried Shopify email, i love it and its free for us!

Using Shopify Email has made reaching our subscribers a piece of cake. We send out weekly emails to notify customers of sales, new products and events. Scheduling and building emails is so simple using this app. Very user friendly, and I love that we can create our own templates!

Seemed confusing st first but the sequence is easy to follow and the templates are very useful and varied.

Atrocious. Email App Editor not working and neither is the Shopify support to assist in rectifying the matter.

J'ai remplacé Mailchimp par cette application gratuite. 10 000 envois gratuits c'est parfait pour une petite boutique comme la mienne. Aussi performant que Mailchimp sauf peut-être sur des fonctions avancées telles que les automatisations

It's great, really helpful! once you have got your head around it all. It was confusing to me at first, but the AI help was a godsend! Managed to learn it all without asking for a real person, and pretty proud of myself now.
