Not easy to get right in terms of deliverablity (into spam folders!). For high open rates, use white background. Create segment with one test address, send for mail merge test. Duplicate sent email for new draft with final segment.

We were making life way more complicated than it needed to be with Mailchimp. The direct integration with our store is great. The design tools are easy and smooth (unlike Mailchimp).

It would be better if more templates focused on other countries/holidays etc. Not everyone that uses Shopify is in the USA

Shopify Email is awesome! I love how it makes things user-friendly for me. I t gives me more time for other things because its easy to do. Marketing has never been easy with this too as well. Kudos to Shopify Email!

I find the email app easy to use, I am however disappointed at the 'open rate' of my emails. I am not sure if this is on me or Shopify?

this app makes exporting my orders really easy. I like the option to export the current page, date, or all orders, and the CSV format works perfectly with Excel and google sheets. Very straightforward and saves me a lot of time.

It does the job, but I can't use CTRL+Z for text editing and I can't send a single email to multiple different segments at the same time, I have to duplicate and select a different Segment which is silly.

It's very intuitive. I was nervous to use this, but it's working great. My store has seen the benefits almost immediately.

Easy to use and the templates could be more updated, however I like it for what I've used it for in my shop
